What is the return policy?

For Phone Cases - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective
items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been
received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no
later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

For Food / Donuts - No returns allowed due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Contact us if you run into any problems, we will work to correct it.

Are any purchases final sale?

All food sales are final and pick-up only. If you pay for shipping on food items, you will not be reimbursed.

In extreme cases (accidentally put $10,000) we will work with you to recover your loss however you assume any & all kickback charges or additional expenses.

When will I get my order?

Order by 8pm Monday to Friday and pick up the following day at 12pm unless an earlier time is requested.

In order to keep costs down and keep competitive pricing, we take direct orders in advance only. We do not overproduce as this leads to lots of waste.

For Merchandise, orders and notifications are prepared / filled by third party vendors.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
